Utilizing
state of the art analyzing equipment, stereo microscopes,
digital timers and quartz based frequency counters,
5, 10 and 20ATM water resistance testers, industrial
micro-video systems, technicians estimate and repair
watches of all makes and models, including providing
manufacture warrantees on 26 name brands.The size of
Parsec's parts department rivals that of many watch
parts supply houses. Our custom designed computer network
allows for FAST check in and accurate job tracking for
all accounts. Parsec's super fast, ultra efficient computerized
service profiling provides manufacturers and retailers
with valuable data for tracking store repair volume,
profitability and other important information. Our phone
center handles over 1000 calls, e-mails and faxes daily
for part orders, job inquiries, technical information,
and estimate approvals. We also provide specialty volume
services: Quantity cell changing, band replacement and
other high volume services. Communications with our
customers is a primary concern for Parsec. We work hard
