    Warranty and Return Information

The GuardDog quartz, analog watch is warranted to the owner for a period of one year from the date of purchase by GuardDog Watch and Clock, LLC - and not from the dealer from whom the watch was purchased. This means that if the watch materials aren't right or the the watch wasn't assembled correctly, we'll take care of it. But, this doesn't mean you can abuse your watch or that we'll cover normal wear and tear. Like all watches, our warranty doesn't cover batteries, crystal, watch case, strap, bracelet, loss, or theft. Opening the case back, not screwing down the crown if you have a screw crown, or pushing the buttons underwater will void the warranty.

We recommend you use extreme care when working with power and hand held tools including wearing proper eye and hearing protection. It may be prudent to remove any objects which might get snagged or caught when operating heave machinery, including your GuardDog watch.

THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER:
1. Defects related to servicing not performed by a GuardDog Watch and Clock, LLC authorized service center.
2. GuardDog Watch and Clock, LLC will not provide warranty service if your watch shows evidence it has been tampered with, misused, abused, or altered in any way.
    a. Moisture damage sufficient enough to affect the proper function of the watch
    b. Damage to the case
    c. Visible cracking of the crystal / lens
3. GuardDog Watch and Clock, LLC reserves the right to charge you for a replacement battery if the battery in your watch is depleted. No additonal charge will be made unless the one year warranty period has expired or servicing is necessary for reasons beyond our control, in which case a moderate charge will be made.
4. GuardDog Watch and Clock, LLC is not liable for incidental, special, or consequential damages. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental, special, or consequential damages, so the above exclusion or limitation may not apply to you.

If your GuardDog watch should ever need servicing, send it with a copy of your original receipt to:

Please enclose the following: proof of purchase, check payable to Parsec Enterprises for $8.95 to cover shipping and handling, and description of the problem. International shipping will incur an additional charge. Watches may be sent via USPS, UPS, Fed Ex, or other major carrier. Watches may be returned via UPS or USPS.

For Non-Warranty repairs - Kindly contact Parsec Enterprises for a quotation of servicing.

Customers from outside the U.S. must pay by credit card. All customers must note the value of the watch on the paperwork included with the watch. Absent the customer noted valuation the limit of Parsec's liability is $50

DO NOT SEND YOUR WATCH IN A GIFT OR DISPLAY BOX AS IT CANNOT BE RETURNED WITH THE WATCH.
